450 g ground veal
317 g ground pork
668 g ground beef 80/20
200 g garlic/pesto Monterey Jack Cheese
85 g onion
80 g eggs (2 lg)
35 g garlic
10 g spicy paprika paste or korean chili paste
5 g fish sauce
2 g salt kosher
Had some left over and made a "burger" seared, SV for 45 at 140F ...holy shit!
