I'm in a pickle, i was planing on doing a CS turkey roulade this Sunday for Thanksgiving. I realised too late that i ran out of Meat glue. I know i could do the roulade old school with twine etc, but it may unroll when i cut it. Does anyone know a good substitut for meat glue? Chicken mouse? Also if anyone knows where to buy Activa RM in Vancouver BC (gourmet warehouse ran out too) that would be amazing or if someone in Vancouver has some and they are willing to part with some...
