My wife requested breakfast for dinner again...so....a link Andouille sausage went in the little Blentec Jar, then into the pan with onions, garlic. started omelette on low heat and worked it till it started to set...dumped in the sausage mixture topped with goat cheese and rolled it out...served with whole grain English muffin..
