I have never been a salmon fan, except sushi, until this recipe came out. My wife could eat salmon everyday so when i found this it made my life a lot easier. Try the same cook with miso in the bag and put the salmon on top of some rice cooked with fresh and candied ginger, and garlic with white wine or saki replacing a third of the water for the rice....holy shit is it good!
