Rib-eye (via Joule) with horseradish celery root puree and red wine pan sauce, seed mixture poached in HR butter, caesar salad and, brussel sprouts. Spiced red wine poached pears and vanilla IC for desert.

I'll trade the brussel sprouts (evil weed!) for an extra portion of the beautiful celeriac puree! YUM!
