i was wondering, what if we wrap the salmon with smocked salmon like how we would in a beef wellington with bacon.
do you think it will work?

Tho is it okay to use dijon instead of whole grain for gordon ramsay's salmon en creute?

Just like any recipe, you can modify that recipe to suit your own tastes. You won't get the exact results of the original recipe, but that doesn't make it bad. You're the person cooking it, you're free to make any alterations you desire.

What do you think would be a good filling that would be good with the smoky flavor.cuz i wanna put some smoke salmon(a bit) in the filling, not just to wrap it
