I love, love, love ChefSteps, but any lack of information makes me worried - please share a tidbit of what is communing and why you have all be quite quiet?

Maybe it's been so quiet because ChefSteps is a small company that has produced an innovative product. Sales far exceeded expectations. So, it is "all hands on deck" just to get the product manufactured (I realize they are not specifically manufacturing them) and out the door, just to keep up with demand. As I've mentioned in the past, I've been following them from the early days, and been part of this community since 13. So, to me, it's pretty clear why there have been no updates. Let them manage the crush, then, I am sure there will be a return to new content.

I agree. I also feel like people forget that this small team is also responsible for the content and recipes of the Joule app. Their hands must be well beyond full at the moment. People will never struggle for something to complain about. If the shipments were all running smoothly and we all had our Joules, there would be dozens of threads about how disappointed people are that 100 new recipes and videos aren't added on a daily basis.

I have been a fan filled with love since '14 - so it never a complain, but an addiction that made me worried. I sincerely hope that it's the Joules success that uses all manpower, as they have really earned to have this succes.

But just a tine bit of update once in a while would be more than nice
