Hi Danielle. Congratulations on your degree!!!!!! I know how much work that is and it's something you should be very proud of. Enjoy the Joule. Sous vide is soooooooo good! I just got done eating ribs I cooked using Chef Steps recipe and it is world class (and ridiculously easy to make). It's almost embarrassing how good it is for the work that goes into it. Please remember one thing......your journey and education is just beginning. Be humble, be curious, and be yourself.
