it was 1.4kg of steak (sirloin i think) cooked sous vide 3.5hr at 58c with fresh thyme/bay leaves/salt & pepper, pan fried really hot a minute per side, sprinkled with salt
after slicing. i was going to make a sauce as well but after tasting a piece thought it wasn't necessary
