Missing Post
nathans1
Why do some threads have missing posts? I get notifications that someone has replied to a post but when I open the thread, its not there.

I
started a thread
about this a few weeks back... it's been a recurring issue, and (to my knowledge) nobody from ChefSteps has commented on it. It can be quite annoying, especially if you lose a longer post that took considerable time to write.

I've gotten into the habit of copying my post before hitting 'reply' just in case. Then I go back and verify it did indeed post before moving on. It seems to happen most often with reply's posted in response to a particular person. Seems after three or four posts it's max'd out and new posts flat out just don't appear in the thread.
Until Joule's are all shipped out, I have serious doubts about anybody at CS having time to deal with the issue. Someday.

I haven't had any of my post disappear that I am aware of, but I have received notification that someone has commented on my post and when I open the thread its not there.

@Huy_63293
any chance you could look at this? Many of us are having posts that disappear .

I've been meaning to look into this but haven't had the change to dive into it yet. Any example posts you know for sure disappeared? Or possible phrases? I'll have to search through the logs and any specific information will help. My initial guess is that maybe the spam filters we have in place may be somewhat aggressive in some situations.

I made this comment in the
Joule App Content
thread. I got the notification below.
But there was nothing posted in the thread

This thread in particular is really jacked up, but as stated earlier I do receive notifications that some one has replied to a post and when I open the thread to to read the whole reply...its not there.
