I've been a professional cook for almost 10 years. Was Head chef for a year at place called Manitoba here in Montreal. I now own an ice cream store called Dalla Rose in Montreal. I've done a short stage in Italy and hope to go back this Winter while we are closed.
I've been following Chef Steps since the beginning and most recently have begun playing with the candy recipes. If anyone has any info they want to share I'm more than happy to learn more and if anyone has any questions on ice cream I'd be happy to try and help!
