I spun blended kiwis in my centrifuge.

In a vacuum bag because I don't want food contact with the centrifuge buckets...

and after decanting the liquid. The remainder is a thick smooth pulp that I'm gonna use to (try) to make sorbet.
Thoughts? I wound up using a bit of the juice in a tuna poke. It's wonderfully tart.
