Wife and kids are out until the next day. Rib-eye sous vide with Joule (52 C) and baked potato wedges (375 F in oven). Both took about the same time. The wine took less time.

I put a very light sear on it. Didn't want to hit it too hard after the sous vide as it was only an inch thick.
