Hi guys, for the sous vide fried chicken (Can’t F it up) can I follow a closer version to the chicken tenders with the potato starch and ever crisp?

Yes absolutely, can apply the wet batter and dry dredge from the chicken tender recipe with sous vide chicken. I know it would work but the only part that MIGHT need tinkering is the frying temperature. The (Can’t F it up) recipe says 400 °F / 204 °C but you might find that a lower temperature will be hot enough due to the added sugar.
