I can use the joule just fine with a converter to satisfy its electrical requirements. What is the way forward for me. It is not okay if you are going to brick my joule with a software update.
Hi mailkundu, Joule support is continuing in areas where Joule was officially sold. This ensures the device is used in regions where it meets both electrical safety standards and warranty coverage. I'd like to have this discussion in public please. This update will officially brick my joule - I have never needed support to operate my Joule and I should not. You should not get to decide where I use an item that I have purchased. So kindly please let me know how I can continue to use my Joule in India. Thanks.
