Last week @Nancy_Byrd_47779 posted about making boiled apple cider and I made some. This stuff is like gold (1 gallon reduced to a pint). Today my wife used some in her apple pie filling. Wow what a great flavor it added. Pure apple bliss, best apple pie ever.

I can almost smell that pie from here...

I've got some stencils from Williams Sonoma that I bought years ago. I forgot all about them until I saw your pie. I think it's time to find them and get cooking.

Yes, that is correct. @Nancy_Byrd_47779 did a previous post on it. Just get a gallon of a good quality apple cider and reduce it to one pint. Probably added about 1/4 cup to the pie filling. It is phenomenal, complex and concentrated.
