Nothing wrong with beef low an slow in iron... a little wine,red boat50 , mutti paste, etc... it fell apart .. nothin wrong with that ... right?

That looks yummy. There's always more than one way to cook a dish. I was in a rush last week, wanted beef short ribs but didn't want to set up the sous vide for a marathon cook session. Then I remembers how I used to do it. Pulled out the pressure cooker and ended up with fall off the bone ribs in about 2 hours. I guess you'd call that san sous vide, or sous pression. The opposite of low and slow, hard and fast.

Thanks! Yeah I gotta get a p/c .. been procrastinating.. not really ... I've been buying knives and stones.. blew my budget. :-|
