I use this recipe, only slightly modified. https://www.chefsteps.com/activities/brioche-burger-buns

To achieve nice browning - experiment with the amount of milk washing. More washing = more browning. I use a spray bottle and spray 'em twice.

Yes, I had to modify the amount of amylase - I am using a stronger variant. Also I've experimented with different flours, the proportions of sugar, salt, egg, butter. Experimenting is fun, right! Adjust the recipe to your taste.
