I'm sure this was answered somewhere but I couldn't find it. Is there a limit to how long you can age your ice cream base for? In the videos they say 8hrs or overnight, but is over 24hrs too long? Need to churn with dry ice on Saturday, but don't have time to make the base on Friday, so need to do it Thursday.
