With Thanksgiving coming up, I was wondering what everyone was planning on cooking with Joule, or their other circulators, that wasn't necessarily Turkey. For instance, I'm going to a dinner party where the hosts are cooking the bird and I'm trying to figure out what to make. Probably cooking for 12 people. I think the hard part here is narrowing the focus because the only things that are really taken care of at this point would be anything turkey or potatoes and I'm up for a challenge. Any thoughts? Thanks for your help!
Edit: For this particular dinner, it will be more of family style at the table instead of more structured and plated. I was actually thinking of doing the turkey differently and cooking it with Joule, breading it and throwing it in the turkey fryer.
