Using xanthum gum

Everytime I use xanthum gum, I get clumping. Is it better to put it into hot or cold liquids? A little whisk still produces clumping. Should I always use an immersion blender? Can you give me any tips on this useful product

I would love to see more videos about ingredients and techniques. Probably the least high priority on their list.

I always mix the xanthan with other dry matters to ease the dispersion.
