Steaks at Med Rare and Med Well?

Anyone run into the situation where you want to cook steaks but you have different desired outputs? Med Rare and Med Well? Suggestions or work arounds here?

Cook your higher temp steaks first, lower the temperature (leave the already cooked steaks in the bath) then add the new steaks
