well I had to revisit my little friend the pork chop, didn't I?! Ok so better effort here... boneless brined a few hours lemon plus zest rosemary thyme bay garlic zapped w/ghee in a pan....
...a little onion/honey crisp apple jam, maple syrup/ thyme carrots and spuds mashed.
Didn't need a knife cause I just forked that pork apart ;-)
