Since I made a huge batch of buns earlier this week, obviously I HAD to invite soms friends over for a burger-party. I probably made my best burgers to date. No, really!!
Components:
ChefSteps brioche burger buns with a bit of Kewpie mayo smeared on it as a buffer against moisture.
Base of baby spinach
ChefSteps red onion jam
56C sous vide cooked Black Angus patties, seared to crispy perfection using an insanely hot skillet + torch
Crispy bacon
Melted gorgonzola
Served with ChefSteps coleslaw (sooooo good) and french fries.
