That is a menu I would very much like to be invited over to partake in. If I ever attempt sushi, I'm definitely trying the scallop/roe combo you've posted a few times. Looks awesome.

The scallops were slightly "ceviched" in hot sauce (Franks) and lemon, basically until slightly firm, the roe ontop of kewpie and sriracha. Finally a little unagi sauce on top.
