Thin sliced onion into the pressure cooker with goats milk. Cooked on full pressure for 40 minutes, then strained out the solids. Added nonfat milk solids, sugar, glucose syrup, salt heavy cream, and a bit of fresh goat milk. Basic ratios similar to the Chefsteps savory ice cream recipe, but I upped the milk solids to compensate for some lost in the pc. Couldn't get dry ice, so I had to churn in the cuisenart with the frozen base. Texture could have been improved with dry ice, but otherwise, worked pretty well. Onion definitely came through. Worked well with all the components.
