Tried my hand at ramen. Homemade Tonkotsu-ish Broth. 24hr/60c Sous Vide Pork Shoulder, Carrot, Scallion, Nameko Mushrooms, 63c Egg. Store bought Noodles.
Big pot of broth at 0, 10, and 30 hours. Portioned off in bags and froze for later.
