Question on the CS Turkey recipe timing.
I plan on serving Turkey day dinner at 3pm.
If I start the legs Thxgvg eve at 9am and then drop the breasts in 12 hrs later, the recipe says I can continue cooking anywhere from 8 to 14 hrs more.
That would mean dinner is ready between 5am and 11am on Turkey day?
Confused why the recipe says to start Thxgvg eve moring?
Seems like I should start the legs at 5 or 6pm thxgvg eve, no?
