Using Joule with my Cambro

Hi all,

I just received my Joule and am so excited to try it out instead of my Anova but the clip won't work with my Cambro and I can't find any place on the site to order a larger clip that will work with Cambro's. I have a precut lid that fits it that works with the Anova and will work with the Joule (there's some extra open space around it. I was hoping to use it to keep a couple of my sides at 130 F until I was ready to put them in serving bowls on Thanksgiving.

It fits both of my my Cambros. You can attach something magnetic to the bottom of your cambro and us the magnetic foot on Joule.

What shape/size Cambros? I have square 6, 10 & 15 L. The Joule fits fine on all of these.

Do what @John_Fisher_218893 , does set a can of tuna in the bottom of the cambro and set Joule on the top of it...

Thanks for your comments. I've got the 4.75 gal one (12 x 18 x 9 in) and it has a really big lip. I was afraid I would deform the clip if I forced it over the lip.

The clip is a bit stiff at first but if you pull it away from the body of the Joule it should slide right over with ease. It also works better if you place Joule in the corner of the lexan rather than along the side.
