Center cut tenderloin roast

Pre-sear and de-glazed the pan, added all to the bag.
Cooking with Joule 140'F for three hours.
Tenderloin was then seared and served with demi glace, potatoes pavé and asparagus with hollandaise.
So tender. no knife needed.
