Tenderloin SV at 140F for 3 hours...CS Recipe
This was done for a maximum number of people to get feedback..... wine tasting at The House of Hammered.....I simply sliced it up and passed it around on a cutting board...EVERY SINGLE PERSON said it was the most tender and flavorful steak they had ever tasted...
P.S. a blind tasting at my house turns into a wine drinking situation...
