Any plan to finish the videos for this course?

Is there any timeline for when the other videos for this course will be done? I really liked your videos, they were terse and hit all the major points. I really want to complete the course but it seems like there are so many different courses going on now, I realize that the other courses probably provide some funding for chefsteps which is awesome, but I hope this basic course gets completed soon since it's a basic skill. I would really like to see the finishing strategies section completed as I'm not sure how long I can safely chill or freeze something without danger or off flavors developing. Thanks!

So, yes, this course has progressed slower than we wanted. We've had something of a re-think (based on a lot of feedback and study) about how we should present the sous vide course. You can expect to see all of this content in the coming months, but the course is going to be broken up a bit and streamlined. So, for example, all of the time-temperature information related to sous vide eggs is going to end up in an egg course.

Same with other kinds of foods. The goal is to actually get more content up faster, but in a way that makes it easier for us to run production on our end and, we believe, will make is more relevant for the ChefSteps community.
