Just got the Joule! I’m trying the, “A Better Way to Turkey – Cook That Bird Sous Vide for the Best Feast Ever” recipe right now. The recipe calls for:
Legs – 150F for 12/24 hours
Breasts – 131F for 12/24 hours
We put the legs in at 3PM today. If we turn down the temp to 131F at midnight (9 hours @ 150F for legs) and add the breasts and cook both until about 3-5PM tomorrow that should be plenty of time for the legs to cook, right? Excited to see how this turn out.
