Roulad and breasts

Roulad at 151 from 9pm to 7am and now breasts at 131 from 7am to 4pm. I only have one circulator so I just kept the roulad in so I don't have to reheat it (hope that isn't detrimental in any way).

Oh, the string is there to keep my roulad more round, it isn't the prettiest but I am kinda proud for my first time trying to pull it off. Definitely will be more experienced next time around.

The drop in temp should not have any detrimental effect at all.
