Hi, I followed every step of the recipe but everytime my macarons come out with this empty bubble. Any suggestion? What am I doing wrong?

There's no photo to see what it is you're talking about. If by 'empty bubbles' you mean air pockets and the macaron are hollow, it's probably a case of over-beaten egg whites.

Here is a

. Could be over-beaten or under mixed or possibly even under cooked. It really looks to me to be under-cooked and they weren't totally set on the interior before you removed them from the oven.
– Under Baked Shell FIX: increase oven temperature to allow the body to rise fully. break open a sacrificial shell to check if it has fully set before pulling out the whole tray, bake until fully set.
