Fizzy margarita.....Pork shoulder finished quickly over the fire. Served with cheese water polenta, roasted veggies and RAF corn biscuit with corn butter. To finish Ntro poached then roasted marshmallows over the fire (hot and cold -rather neat :-)).....and a piece of maple/roasted pecan cake/chiffon (left over roasted pecan flower).
