I will be atracted by B, because i always go for citrus-y fresh dessert over chocolate, that said, it depends quite a bit on the rest of the menu.

My vote is B. Especially if you carbonate the raspberries (such a great effect)

B. Hands down! Lemon and raspberries are perfectly paired. The only thing I would do differently would be to substitute the butter cookies with a crumble of baked meringues made with desiccated coconut. The coconut compliments both the lemon and the berries while the meringue adds the crunch the butter cookies bring.
