CS has a gift giving guide on their main page with some good ideas. Two items on my list are: MC at home and Kenji's book, The Food Lab.

Akikos pottery seemed interesting. I like servingware. But the time listed was 3 months for delivery. Wow!

BTW I have both of those books. Totally awesome, both in the quality of the content and the physical book itself (pages, ink, cover, etc.)
