Hi there. I just got my Joule and the first thing to come to mind as it is the The Season...is a traditional Christmas pudding. These are normally steamed as my gran used to do. Off the top of my head, I think Joules would be perfect, but that's just a guess. There is a custard sauce that goes with it as well. It would be my contribution to the Christmas feast this year if I can figure it out. Any advice appreciated! Thanks.
