Got my joule and have cooked Ribeye, New York, Pork Chops and Turkey Breast. I have put the Joule to the test. The Turkey breast recipe called for 129 for 24 hours. Joule worked flawlessly, and I could not be happier. The only downside is the internet in my house goes wacky occasionally and it happens while I was setting up for Pork Chops. This was frustrating, but the internet/WiFi came back and all was good. Other wise, using Glad gallon ZipLoc bags are more then sufficient. I have aimed the water stream directly at the bag and there has been no bag breakdown or melting. The Joule temp reading on the ipad is identical to the thermometer I use to cook and test the temp. All in All, I am very satisfied with the Joule and would highly recommend to anyone cooking Sous Vide way.
