Looks good! Do you have a recipe/method for the pressure cooker carnitas?

Cut pork shoulder in pieces. Brown in bacon fat, render as much of the fat on the pork shoulder, add cumin, coriander, jalapeno, onions, orange, lime, bayleaf, thyme, marjoram and plenty of garlic (or really whatever you feel is the right spices). Add some liquid, cook on high 30-40 mins. I usually then get the meat out on a baking sheet, reduce the liquid and use it as a glaze, broil until you get nice crispy bits.
