Sugar / Salt equal parts, dill (ideally fresh), some alcohol if you want, like vodka, I don't think it needs it. Coat the salmon in the spice mix put dill ontop, if the filets have skin, pack two and two meat side together, put in a vacbag, seal (not too hard a vacuum) - toss in fridge for 24h or so.
