Hey guys! So I am in the middle of the Ultimate Grilled Chuck Steak recipe, but now I have a dilemma. My dinner has been pushed back until tomorrow. The steak will be done about 6:00 tonight. How should I go about storing the steak just until tomorrow? I plan on just popping it into an ice bath and then in the fridge until a couple hours before dinner tomorrow. Let me know if there is anything else I should do. Thank you!
