A Thanksgiving leftover mashup. Potato gnocchi, confit turkey thigh, poplar mushrooms and turkey demi. It's a take on mashed potatoes and gravy... Served with a salad of shaved Brussels sprouts, honeycrisp apple, watermelon radish, parm, and pomegranate seeds (with a raw honey/Dijon mustard/apple cider vinaigrette).
