Hey all! Joule should be arriving today and had a few questions before getting starting:
1) After sous videing, say a steak, does it still need to rest either before or after searing? Any considerations?
2) What is the best/efficient way to prep, say a steak, and consume it at a later time (e.g days/weeks/months)? I'd like to do most of the upfront work ahead of time and spend little time/effort when it's time to eat.
3) After I start a cook, can i leave my home along with my phone that's using the app? Will the cook stop if the phone is not nearby?
