Prime rib sous vide

So I'm thinking of sous viding a 12-14 lbs boneless prime rib would I cook and follow the same directions as the "herb-crusted rib roast on the joule app?

Yes just adjust time and rub amounts,accirdinglt. Btw-i can take a while to pick that many thyme leaves.

That's what I did/do, but 15g of thyme leaves is allot of thyme! They allocate 10 minutes for ALL the herb prep. Took me a fair bit longer.
