Smoked this on the big green egg. The first piece of meat I've had from Creekstone Farms, and I will definitely be getting more. The marbling was incredible and the thing was so moist and delicious.

The best part. Sticky smokey meat candy burnt ends.

Sauce piquante with chicken and duck sausage. Because the brisket wasn't rich enough. I made the gumbo previously and this was pretty similar, but I liked the flavor of this much more. Much more tomato, chili and an improved spice blend.
