Cooking prime rib in one large pot, I need to cook an 18 pound prime rib all at the same time. Can I cut it into 6" thick piece and drop them all in at the same time and have it cook for the 6 hours or will it take more time?

Same amount of time, just make sure you have plenty of room for the water to circulate around each bag/roast. If there isn't enough circulation it will not cook evenly. Almost forgot, yes on cutting it if I wasn't clear.

Thank you! Now I just need to get a big enough container to be able to drop them all down into. Tested out just a little 5 lb one in my stock pot came out perfect !! Thanks again!
