Minute steak

would like to make minute steak. It's a tougher meat so I would assume it needs a longer cook time. Any tips for time, temp, and maybe even a recipe?

Could you please advise what you consider to be a minute steak. That term is very much open to interpretation, anything from ground meat or tenderized cube steak or thinly cut steak. If you are talking round steak, a longer cook would be advisable. Tough pieces of meat will be much more tender with more time, 12-24 or more hours.
