Jule Prime Rib

I see that the recipe for the Prime Rib calls for a 3 rib piece. I am planning on getting two of them and placing them in their own individual bag so that I will have two bags going into a 12 quart cambro container with a lid. Would this be sufficient to cook these? Has anyone tried this recipe yet, and did anyone perform this with two at one time?

I find it a bit hard to visualize, but if you can fit them in the container upright so you can get enough circulation around them then that should work.

Just don't rest them on top of each other , with one on the bottom of the container, or something. The water should be able te move freely around the both of 'em.

Something like this might also prove the be useful while cooking larger cuts/ a big batch of small stuff. Organize your container.

Just like Ome Nicoot said, the water has to be free to go round. If you think it looks too tight, it probably is. You can always use a cooler for larger jobs. When you get done with those bad boys post some pics!📸
